A private
family office.
Leven Holdings is the investment office of a single family. We invest across public and private markets, hold interests in managed strategies and credit, and own businesses that we run ourselves.
The capital is our own. It is permanent, and it answers to no mandate, no fund cycle, and no one outside this office. We invest only our own capital and do not manage money for others.
We are deliberate about what we take on. We look for situations where patient capital and clear judgement change the outcome — and where our interests sit squarely alongside the people we back.
Our work
- Public markets
- A direct equities portfolio, concentrated where conviction is highest — businesses we would be glad to own outright, bought through the market.
- Private companies
- Early and growth-stage investments in founders we know, or take the time to know well, where understanding the business matters more than market price.
- Funds & credit
- Allocations to managed strategies, specialist vehicles, bonds and debt — chosen where the mandate, the manager and the opportunity fit our objectives.
- Operating businesses
- Businesses we build, own and run directly, with the same long-term discipline we bring to investing.
What we hold to
- Patience
- We do not invest to a fixed exit date. Where the fundamentals remain sound, time is an advantage rather than a constraint.
- Concentration
- We prefer a smaller number of opportunities understood deeply to a long list held loosely.
- Alignment
- We look closely at the people behind an opportunity. Character and capability matter as much as the numbers.
- Discretion
- Compounding is quiet work. We prefer to keep it that way.
Correspondence
If you are building something, seeking a long-term partner, or bringing a situation you believe may be relevant to us, write to the office directly. Correspondence is read by a principal.
